Admission Process

The admission process into FETUIPS is as follows:

• All applicants must submit their applications and certificates in the Admission Office and immediately they are issued with reference numbers.
• All applications are then arranged and the Admission Office submits the applications to the Registrar’s Office.
• The Registrar then works with the Admission Office and the Admission Board which is chaired by the Registrar of FETUIPS who deliberates on the admission process.
• A selection process is done and a list of accepted students is published online and a copy is posted at the FETUIPS notice board.
• Two weeks are set aside for any queries and/ or any errors in selected schools, courses and their codes, errors in spelling of names. All these are addressed to the Registrar of FETUIPS.

Registration Process

• All admitted students are allowed to register.
• The Registrar’s Office allocates and issues Matriculation Numbers.
• The Register prepares their School Badges and Students Identity Documents
• On October 15 the Registrars organizes the Matriculation Ceremony of FETUIPS.
